The Mason Capital Area District Libraries teamed up with us for a blind date with a book! Using their Student Success Initiative cards, MHS students were able to choose a covered book, unwrap it, and borrow the book from CADL. In addition to getting some great books, students created with all sorts of arts and crafts, played games, and read their books. Thank you, CADL, for being an amazing partner!

Today we got to enjoy a virtual visit from authors Kwame Alexander and Nikki Grimes and it was amazing! I could listen to them talk for hours. Awesome opportunity for mid-Michigan students, teachers, and community!
