Yesterday, the Ingham County Land Bank celebrated its 20th anniversary, highlighting its journey from inception to today. Since 2005, the Land Bank has strengthened our community through projects that continue to improve life for those who live and work in Ingham County. Special thanks to Land Bank Director Roxanne Case for hosting a wonderful evening and for her continued leadership, innovation, and commitment to demonstrating what a Land Bank can achieve for its county.

The Ingham County Tax Auction is happening soon. If you are interested in participating in the auction, please look over our upcoming schedule. We highly encourage first-time bidders to attend a Q&A and the Open Houses. We welcome investors and motivated individuals who are capable of rehabbing these properties for the benefit of the individual, neighborhoods, and County to join us.

The Ingham County Treasurer's Office will be at Unity in the Community tomorrow with information about all of the great programs we have to offer. Join us there - lots of community resources, free food, activities, and more!

Unity in the Community is TOMORROW!!

Join us at Hawk Island Park for a celebration of Ingham County’s Community! There will be free food, drinks, live stage performances, henna, face painting, fishing, kayaking, pedal boats, balloon animals and over 100 Ingham County Community Resources!

We can’t wait to see you there!!

The Michigan Secretary of State's Office Mobile Unit will be at the Community Wealth Building Day on June 26th from 3pm to 7:30pm. Vouchers will be provided, so the services will be cost-free to any attendee. If you are interested in using the Mobile Office's services, walk-ins are available or you can make an appointment by contacting our office at 517-676-7304.

The Ingham County Treasurer's Office will be at the Lansing Juneteenth Celebration's annual Job & Community Resource Fair on Saturday, June 21st, from 11am to 3pm. This is part of the Freedom Festival taking place at St. Joseph Park, and there will be all types of activities, music, food, and community. Please join us!

A 65-year-old Lansing woman becomes a first-time homeowner through Ingham County's Down Payment Assistance program, which offers up to $30,000 to qualified buyers.

We're all smiles here with MSHDA Director Amy Hovey, Ingham County Treasurer Alan Fox, Roxanne Case & Roxy Eaton of the Ingham County Land Bank, and a dynamic group of Emerging Developer and Contractor Network members we were able to sponsor to attend thanks to a generous MSHDA HDF grant!
