Elementary Dance Information:
**NO MORE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ONLINE OR AT THE DOOR. This info is for previously enrolled/paid attendees**
The Elementary Dances are Sat, April 18th. Dance times: North Aurelius 3:00pm, Steele Elem 5:00pm, Alaiedon Elem 7:00pm.
Your dance will take place at Mason Middle School (235 Temple St, Mason) in the gym. You will enter the gym doors (farthest door in the north parking lot).
Please remember the adult who registered with the child needs to stay at the whole dance with them - this is NOT a drop off event.
No physical tickets are required - just tell those at the registration table the names of who you signed up. We will not be doing any enrollments at the door!
The doors will open 10 minutes before the start time of your dance to start getting people in.
The photographers will be there for the ENTIRE dance, so don't feel like you have to rush into line right away. You will get a complimentary 4x6" photo delivered to your child's school once they are all printed. You are welcome to purchase more at the event from the photographers if you'd like.
There will be water to drink and enough cookies for everyone to take one if they'd like (choc chip or sugar).
Dress code: it is whatever you are comfortable in. We see everything from jeans and shirts to fully dressed up in semi-formal wear - it is your choice!
We have 3 back-to-back dances, so we ask that when the DJ says your dance is over, you and your child leave as soon as you can so we can reset for the next event!
Please remind kids that they need to stay in the gym area (bathrooms right outside the gym), do not pull down/mess with any of the decorations (remember we have 3 dances these items need to last through), no running (it is a very busy event) and to have FUN! 🙂
On the way out there will be a small bag of popcorn for every person to along with the circus theme (adult and child) to take to enjoy at home! Please stop by the table on the way out to grab your bag.
