We will be cancelling morning Swim lessons today 6/11/26 due to the rain we will have a make up tomorrow 6/12/26 at there usual times for all Morning Lessons.

Due to lightening in the area we will have to cancel our 7:05 swim lessons tonight 6/10/26 these will be made up on Friday 6/12/26 at the same time.

💧 Water Tip Wednesday 💧

A day at the pool means fun in the sun but don't forget to stay hydrated!

When you're swimming, it's easy to miss the signs of dehydration because you're already surrounded by water. Drinking plenty of fluids helps keep your energy up, prevents headaches, and helps your body stay cool on hot summer days.

🏊 Bring a water bottle
☀️ Take breaks in the shade
💧 Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty
