Leu Civic Center, Inc. Leu Civic Center, Inc. has been serving Mascoutah, Illinois and the surrounding communities for years. The Mission of the Leu Civic Center, Inc.

We are affiliated with the United Way and offer a variety of programs. is to organize and implement recreational programs along with family support services for Mascoutah, Scott Air Force Base, and the surrounding communities. Our goal is to provide engaging, low-cost programs and classes to encourage everyone to live their best possible lives.
