We offer Zumba Gold, Chair Yoga, Tai Chi and Line-dancing to keep the Mind, Body and Spirit onnection as a main focud. The great lunches promote at atmosphere for seniors to socialize and have nutritions food to maintain healthy bodies. Programs are frequently presented on topics of interest to seniors, We keep our brains and bodies active
