Thanks for Collaborating!
The library wants to thank our entire community for the respectful atmosphere that we have seen in the Lamar Memorial Library all semester. You all have done a great job being mindful of how your actions contribute to creating a pleasant, productive intellectual commons that supports academic success, scholarship, and research!
As the semester draws to a close, the library will get even busier, and it will be more challenging to create an environment where everyone can find just the right space to get their work done. We ask for your collaboration in upholding community standards for the library.
Research and study in a courteous manner.
Equipment, furniture, and books should be used properly to prevent damage.
Speak quietly to keep noise to a moderate level.
Please enjoy only pre-packaged snacks and covered drinks.
Eat meals outside the library.
Campus buildings are all smoke, v**e, and to***co free zones.
Take cell phone/video chat conversations outside the library.
If we all consider the ways our choices affect those around us, we uphold the principles of scholarship, respect, and integrity and support each other’s success.
