We had 29 participants at our Charcuterie Board adult program on Thursday. Our guest speakers from the Maryville Hy-Vee; Natalie Schouten, Jessie White, and Lexi Smail, gave a presentation to the class with tips and tricks for creating beautiful charcuterie boards. Participants learned how to create a meat rose using a small cup and sliced meats. Participants were invited to build a small charcuterie board using what they just learned.
