The Linda Fireman’s Association would like to thank our community and all involved in the epic fundraiser dinner last night. Thank you to Tayna and her team! Thank you 4G, Cool hand Luke’s for the awesome food, Jerry Handy for the beautiful venue at Butte Star Ranch and cooking the tri tip! Thank you Country butcher for providing the tri tip! Thank you to all that donated to the raffle prices, silent auction, and desserts. Thank you ONOFF for the live music! This was the first event of this type for our Association and we cannot be more grateful.

The Linda Fireman’s Association would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jerry Handy and the 4G Foundation for their continued support and generous donation. During the holiday season, the Foundation provided funds to help supply Christmas trees to families in need, bringing joy and holiday spirit to our community. We are truly grateful for their kindness and ongoing support.

The Linda Fireman's Association is back with our annual fireworks booth - your go to spot for legal fireworks this 4th of July! Come out tomorrow, and support us while stocking up on all your fireworks.

Location: Walmart/Popeyes Parking Lot- 1131 N. Beale Road

With the help of our amazing community, we raised over $17,000 during our Firefighters Burn Institute Boot Drive — our highest total yet! Your generosity supports the Firefighters Burn Institute and makes a real difference in the lives of burn survivors. We’re incredibly proud to serve a community that always shows up.

We want to take a second to give a huge shoutout to the Linda Fireman's Association as well as the Linda Fire Department for hosting a Satellite Boot Drive for us. They raised over $17,000 and we can't be more thankful and proud of all their hard work!

We’re back at it — ands it’s happening today from 8a-4:30p! The Linda Fire Protection District is proud to once again take part in Fill the Boot for Burns in support of the Firefighters Burn Institute.

Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised a record-breaking $15,000—and this year, we’re aiming even higher.

Every dollar goes directly toward supporting burn survivors and their recovery.

You’ll find us out at the intersection of North Beale Road and Feather River Boulevard

“The Firefighters Burn Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Sacramento Fire Captain Cliff Haskell and the Sacramento Area Fire Fighters Local 522 in 1973, for the purpose of establishing a local burn treatment facility; providing recovery programs for burn survivors; providing fire and burn prevention through public education; funding education for burn team professionals, firefighters, and burn survivors; and supporting burn treatment and rehabilitation research.”

What an incredible partnership! We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s 2025 Bok Kai 5k/10k raised $8,616 for our community!

Every dollar raised goes directly back into supporting our local area through the amazing work of the Linda Firemans Association. From the volunteers who helped map the course, to those who cheered on runners, to everyone who participated - this event showcased the power of community coming together.

Special thanks to all the runners who challenged themselves and supported this important cause. Your dedication and spirit made this event truly special!

We’re already looking forward to next year’s race and can’t wait to see how we can make an even bigger impact together!
