Serving Marysville youth since 1956

The Marysville, Wash. Kiwanis Club has a long and rich history. Since its charter in 1956, the club has provided charitable service to the city of Marysville, focusing on promoting family values, supporting the community, youth services and awarding scholarships to college-bound teens nominated through our Student of the Month program. The club celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2016. Participation in the community includes the All City Food Drive and community food bank assistance, the annual Youth Fishing Derby, Father Daughter Valentines Dance, Easter Egg Hunt, Marysville Strawberry Festival, Popcorn in the Park movie series, Touch A Truck and the Merrysville for the Holidays Winter Festival. Kiwanis also connects with the younger generation through an active Key Club. Kiwanis has also provide pancake breakfasts for the “Cruizn for a Cure” American Cancer Society Relay For Life team, and the Oyster Run ride at Sound Harley-Davidson. The Marysville club was also proud to participate in the Kiwanis Childrens Cancer Program raising funds and awareness to fight and find a cure for children’s cancer.
