🌞 Help Us Serve Our Neighbors This Summer! 🌞

Our Summer Outreach Program officially kicks off on June 15th! As we head out to support our community on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we want to ensure we have plenty of essential supplies ready for those who need them most.

We are currently collecting donations to keep our neighbors hydrated, fed, and safe during the warmer months.

We got a chance to say THANK YOU to some of the awesome staff at Marysville Laundry Station for their help and support throughout this last cold weather season! They have definitely been part of the team, so got MCWS hats of their own!

The cold weather shelter provided beds after a kitchen fire at a home for adults with developmental disabilities.

As the Cold Weather Shelter season comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude to Snohomish County Government, City of Marysville WA - government, Bethlehem Community Church, and the countless community individuals who make our program possible. Without your help, we would not be able to help the most vulnerable in our community.

Final numbers have not been processed yet, but I want to share that this was a record setting year for us. We were able to provide beds to more guests than in any previous year - the final count will be somewhere around 1700 beds provided! We also had our largest night ever, with more guests in the Shelter than on any previous night!

More importantly than those numbers, we truly change lives with this service. Although we haven't shared many stories from our guests this year, please continue to watch for some posts over the next several weeks where we will relate some of the positive things our guests have told us came about because they had a safe place to stay.

The Cold Weather Shelter season in Snohomish County runs from November 1 through March 31 each year. Tonight's forecast does not meet the criteria to open and tomorrow is April 1. Our Shelter is now closed for the season and will re-open this November.

We have been working with the Snohomish County Government and may be requested to open under the Emergency Weather provisions if there is a major storm, heat, or smoke event. We will update this page, along with community partners, if this happens.

The Shelter will be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31.
