During the buildout phase of Impact Station, Impact60, was rather excited about the reality that the emergency shelter would come to fruition. A lot of hard work and countless hours have been put in by many, many private partners. Thank you to the donors for the new in-kind items for children and households that are so desperately needed to stabilize them. We will have a new operating model executed by experienced professionals. More to share in the upcoming weeks. 🧡

The family rooms at the shelter were inspired and funded by John and Charlotte. We are heartbroken along with their family.

Thank you all so much for the incredible outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. For anyone who does not yet know, John Eufinger passed away suddenly, unexpectedly, yet also peacefully on Friday morning with his beloved wife Charlotte at his side. Calling hours will be at the Ingram Snyder Funeral Home on Thursday, April 2 from 11-2 and 5-7. His Funeral will be on Good Friday, April 3 at 2 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church with a meal to follow.

Please do not send flowers. Instead, consider making a donation to the fund at the Union County Foundation honoring Dad and his dear friend and former colleague, Dennis Schulze, to support Eagle Scout projects in Union County. (See link below in the comments).

Friends, we will share more extensive tributes and many more thoughts about this remarkable man who set the best example of a husband, father, friend and mentor we all could have. He was at the center of so many lives and he mentored hundreds of young men and women throughout his career. What a wonderous gift God gave to our family and to our community. May John Eufinger’s memory continue to bring us joy, laughter and love for many years to come.❤️
