The Martinsville Professional Firefighters Local 4214 had the privilege to purchase and donate school supplies to our local Back To School Chop And Shop. Over 1000 people attended and were able to get free school supplies, haircuts and more!
This is one of the many ways we try and give back to our community.

Martinsville Professional Firefighters Local 4214 members rescued one person from a residence fire early Thursday morning. The patient was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Fire fighters located a second person in the residence, but they had succumbed to their injuries. Our thoughts and support are with the families affected during this difficult time.

Effective 07:00 AM, Rescue 141 is operational and has responded to multiple incidents on I-69 this morning resulting from early morning snow showers. Motorists are advised to exercise extra caution and allow for additional travel time this morning.
