A HEPMPO's project selected for sub-allocated for Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) funding is out for bid by WVDOT. The "WI******ER AVENUE RRFB" will add a rectangular rapid flashing beacon to the Wi******er Avenue/Addition Street intersection in Martinsburg to improve pedestrian safety.

West Virginia Department of Transportation will host a community planning workshop for the Statewide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan in Shepherdstown.

The community planning workshop will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Thursday, June 24th at Town Hall, located at 104 N King St, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.

Community members are encouraged to share their experiences, local expertise, and their vision for statewide active transportation.
