Victoria’s House Child Advocacy Center Victoria’s House CAC is a program of Children's Home Society of WV that encourages the team approach to the investigation and treatment of child abuse.

Victoria's House is a Child Advocacy Center (CAC). A CAC is a child-focused program that encourages the multi-disciplinary team approach to the investigation and treatment of child abuse, strengthening and coordinating our community's response to child abuse. The multi-disciplinary team includes prosecutors, law enforcement, child protective service workers, mental and medical health and victim ad

vocates. Safe Haven is a program of Children's Home Society of West Virginia, a private, non-profit child welfare organization founded in 1896. The mission of the Children's Home Society is to promote the well being of children. Our current efforts are directed at helping children find lifetime families, protecting and nurturing children, and helping preserve and strengthen their families.
