Little Naomi (MJ) was matched with her Big Deb in 2019 and they instantly loved being together. When Naomi moved to another town to live with a relative, this did not stop the two from keeping connected. They stayed in touch over the phone, and when Naomi would come back to town to visit her family, we could always count on these two stopping by the office to chat with us! 🤗

Naomi's confidence has grown significantly, her social and emotional skills have flourished, and she has done something she wasn't sure was possible... GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL! 👩‍🎓Our Executive Director, Brookelyn, had the privilege to take some Senior photos for her. Naomi even brought her little cousin to the photoshoot because at Big Brothers Big Sisters, EVERYONE is family.

Naomi is officially a Big Brothers Big Sisters Little Alumni! We are so excited to see all the wonderful things you'll do. 💚

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Little Allie has been matched with her Big Sister Millie since early 2025, and they have developed such a sweet bond together. Allie even got the chance to brag about her Big Sis on a local radio commercial. Allie appreciates that "she is silly and fun to be around, and she also keeps me safe".

We also appreciate all the time you've dedicated throughout your time with BBBS. We know you'll do wonderful things, Millie - Con"GRAD"ulations!

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Little Sister Mia has been meeting with her Big Sister Leslie since the end of last school year. The girls have played many games and never had a quiet moment together. Leslie reflected on her impact on Mia, saying that "I am sure to give my full attention to Mia when I see her so she feels respected." And isn't that what we all want in our friend? 💕

We thank you for all the time you dedicated to making your Little feel seen. We can't wait to see what your future holds for you. Con"GRAD"ulations!

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Big Brother Jacob and Little Brother Kaiden just celebrated two years matched together, and in that time they've played too many games of basketball together to count. 🏀 When you spent over 2 years together, you can really start to see the Little's growth. Jacob pointed out, "I see him treating his teachers or counselors better and not getting as frustrated." Could we ask for anything more!?

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Big Sister Jorja started with BBBS in April of 2024 and has been matched with 2 different Littles. She and her Littles frequented our BBBS sponsored-events. Little Aniya looked to Jorja to "cheer me up when I am sad," and Little Isabella said that she felt safe with Jorja because she was so nice to her.

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Big Sister Lilyia had enough flexibility in her school schedule to be matched with TWO littles; Little Sisters Natacha and Abbygaelle both noted how nice and fun Lilyia is, and Abby (who has been matched with her since October 2023) mentioned that some of their favorite things to do were to play Go Fish, UNO and create origami pieces.

We know senior year can be busy, so we hope you know how much your dedication means to us and your Littles. You'll soar to great heights in your future. Con"GRAD"ulations!

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

"Carter + Otto" seem to go together like PB + J! We've seen the pair at many of our BBBS sponsored events during their time together. The Big and Little brothers were matched in December of 2024, and have not stopped having fun since then. 😁One fun fact about this match is that Carter's mom was Otto's 1st grade teacher.

Throwback to the MHS Spring Vocal Concert earlier this month. 🎤🎶One of our Match Support Specialist, Maranda, was able to go listen to one of our Littles, William, in the concert. 💚

Here is what she had to say about the evening: "This was such a special reminder of why showing up matters. I had the honor of being invited to a music and show choir concert. While he’s not my “Little,” being the Mentor Coordinator means I get to cheer on so many incredible kids and wow, did he shine tonight. Absolute star of the show! So proud of William and grateful to be part of moments like these!!"

It's a bittersweet time of year for us at BBBS, as our High School Bigs are closing in graduation season once again.

Little Brother Brenden and Big Brother Caleb have been meeting since the beginning of the school year and have enjoyed many, many games of basketball together! 🏀 When we asked his Little about what he liked about his Big, we got the most 13-year old response ever: "He makes sure I don't do dumb stuff and tells me when something is a bad idea. I get along well with him!"

Being a Big Brother takes a special type of person, and we are so very thankful for all the support you shared with your Little. Con"GRAD"ulations!
