What are housing choice vouchers? The housing choice voucher program is the federal government's major program for assisting very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. Since housing assistance is provided on behalf of the family or individual, participants are able to find their own housing, including single-family ho

mes, townhouses and apartments. What is the Public Housing Program?- Affordable apartments for low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. We currently have two (2) properties located in Marshall, TX that are part of our Public Housing program: Poplar Apartments and Oakley Apartments.

📣 A planned water outage on Monday afternoon will allow contractors to tie into a newly repaired 16-inch water line that runs underneath U.S. Highway 59 South and Pinecrest Drive.

City officials say water will be shut off at 4 p.m. on Monday, June 8. Water is estimated to be restored by 10 p.m.

We appreciate your patience as work is being completed in this area to stabilize critical water infrastructure.
