After an inspection, our barn power had to be disconnected. But in stepped an amazing organization to save the day for our unit. Thank you IBEW Local 445 Labor Management, including Union Electric, Motor Shop Electric, Shouldice Electric, Nitro Electric and Current Electric for your amazing donation of labor, materials, and electricians to remove all the old wiring, then completely outfit the barn with new LED lights, inside and outside, new outlets on every stall, and 12 amazing fans for each stall!!!! Our equine partners will be so much more comfortable during their off duty time. We are so grateful to you support of our unit which allows us to continue to positively impact our community. Thank you!!

We want to send a huge thank you to US Lumber for their generosity and support. They provided us the materials to completely renovate 6 stalls in our barn. With some sweat labor we were able to get it all installed before the fair kickoff. Our equine partners will be much safer and more comfortable in their remodeled stalls. Thank you for your continued support of our unit and the community.

This free, family-friendly event features emergency vehicles, demonstrations, interactive activities, food, and opportunities to meet the people who help keep Calhoun County safe.
