School districts and communities in 69 counties will hold elections next Tuesday, Nov. 5. To find out if your community has an election or to view a sample ballot, visit the Michigan Voter Information Center at www.michigan.gov/vote. Polls will be open statewide from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Starting Oct. 1, 2020, you’ll need a REAL ID-compliant document to fly in the U.S. and enter some federal facilities per federal law. You can obtain a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or state ID from the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office. Learn more at Michigan.gov/REALID

UPRLC's network administrator Jean Montgomery has been visiting many Michigan libraries to present a hands on class to find creative ways to reuse and recycle old technology.
