National Trailer Safety Week (TSW), which takes place from June 7 to June 13, is focused on raising awareness about safe trailering practices nationwide. TSW is an annual campaign to improve roadway safety by educating end-users, dealers, manufacturers, and safety officials on proper trailer use, maintenance, and towing techniques. With millions of trailers on U.S. roads for business, government, and recreational purposes, TSW aims to reduce crashes and improve overall road safety by providing practical guidance and educational resources. This week, we recognize the hardworking men and women who serve behind the walls. Our Correctional staff provide safety and security of the County jail and its occupants. It is often a thankless job but we want to take this time to say thank you for all that you do for our community and our department!
