The Parents Over Platforms Act is a commonsense step toward giving parents more control and making platforms take more responsibility.

We hope Senator Gary Peters and Senator Elissa Slotkin will consider supporting this bipartisan effort to protect kids online.

A proposed federal bill, the App Store Accountability Act, is legally vulnerable and could face the same constitutional challenges as a similar Texas law.
