The Marquette Senior Center is partnering with UPCAP to offer the FREE National Diabetes Prevention Program as part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Diabetes Prevention Program.

This lifestyle change program is designed to help participants:
✅ Delay or prevent Type 2 diabetes
✅ Improve overall health and quality of life
✅ Learn healthy eating habits
✅ Become more physically active
✅ Reduce stress and build healthy routines

If you have prediabetes, small lifestyle changes now can make a big difference for your future health!

📅 Program Starts: Monday May 18th
🕐 Classes: Every Monday at 1:00 PM (Excluding Memorial Day)
📍 Location: Marquette Senior Center
💲 Cost: FREE

To participate, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Have a prediabetes diagnosis OR a history of gestational diabetes
• Not currently a diabetic
