These past few months have been a roller coaster of ups and downs learning all the commercial tools, linguistics and analytics necessary to work in the sector. As well as navigating a turbulent residential market. 2025 was a year of learning and refining. It’s been a year of constant reflection for me. Taking extra time to mentally process all the new information coming in, overwhelmed by it multiple times, and now finally feeling fleeting moments of flow states. Being up late at night asking myself if I made the right decisions. Losing lots of sleep haha. But through all the self-inflicted pressure, I’ve gained an incredible new ability that underlies all other disciplines. That ability is an impenetrable mindset. Absolutely Ironclad. And with this new will power, disciplines like patience and resilience become permanent characteristics unwavering through the passing of time. 2026 will be the year of action. I’m more ambitious than ever!

First two months of 2025, I have had the privilege to connect with so many unique individuals on their journey to start a new chapter in their lives. It's an unbelievable feeling sharing time and getting to know, in most cases, a complete stranger. That feeling of opening oneself up to understanding the needs and wants of those individuals, who are trusting and open minded enough to allow company in their life's journey cannot be surpassed. I take my role very seriously, and I enjoy every step of it along the way. The whole process can be humbling if you allow it to be.

The past few months have been the start of an amazing new journey I've taken my career on regarding the exploration of commercial real estate and selling businesses. The road traveled has been bumpy, but the light at the end of the tunnel is near. Whilst working towards perfecting my new skillset, the past few weeks have been fruitful, adding new friendships, relationships and alliances for further growth in the future. The perspective of any salesperson who knows their product and the market they work in can be insightful, and from my point of view, this may be a very good time to consider investing in real estate. The rates are coming down, but I think it may be to early to declare victory on inflation. If inflation were to come back, we'd see a repeat of home prices rise as before. This may be an opportunistic moment to buy before demand bottlenecks again.
