The Hardy Building Beginning in the Fall of 2021, The Hardy Building will undergo renovations to update the building into a modern industrial event venue.

The newly renovated 11,000+ sq ft of flexible space on the main and upper floors will offer the historic charm of original hardwood flooring and exposed brick walls combined with new modern features.

From where we began to where we are now!

From demo to finish, we completed most of the renovation ourselves, investing considerable time, effort, money, and skill to bring this building back from years of decline and turn it into the beautiful space it is today!

When we purchased the building in 2021, we uncovered several unforeseen issues. It quickly became clear that restoring the building would require a full, top-to-bottom renovation, as some issues were so serious that it was at risk of becoming unsafe to occupy.

We’re incredibly proud of the transformation and happy that this beloved building is now strong enough to stand for another 100 years! One especially meaningful moment was getting to meet Elmer Hardy’s family to show them how we've cared for and preserved the building he once knew.

Now, it’s time for us to move on. The Hardy Building Event Venue will hold its final event this October, and we will not be accepting any new bookings. We’re excited to see what the future holds for this beautiful space!
