🚒 Busy weekend of Community Engagement 🚒

Marionville VOLUNTEER Firefighters stayed busy this weekend with 4 separate community events on top of managing normal emergency response while we await a decision from our Elected Officials on the future of our Department.

The weekend hit the ground running with the Running of the Squirrels 5k on Saturday morning. Shortly after, our volunteers began work on assisting Marionville Firefighters Auxiliary with their annual Easter Egg Hunt at Marionville City Park.

Saturday concluded with an es**rt for the return of Marionville High School Color Guard, after winning MCCGA Gold 🥇. Congrats team!

Sunday morning, Marionville Firefighters joined members of The House at their Easter Community event, spraying water and making memories!

The team here at MFD is so thankful for being asked to participate in all these great events, and being able to engage with those we serve.

Every donation helps ensure students in our community have the support they need to succeed.
