🚨Update for Brush Pick Up🚨

Due to the recent storms, we will be doing brush pick up THIS Wednesday and Thursday. Please place your brush parallel to the road, Cut to 3-4 feet lengths max, and place 2-3 feet off of the road (not in ditches) so we do not block traffic. Please remember:

No debris
No yard waste
No furniture
No trash

The brush dump will be open for city residents!

Brush pick up will be next week( weather permitting) Tuesday June 9 and Wednesday the 10th. Please have your brush about 2 feet back from the edge of the road so we don’t block traffic. And keep it parallel to the street.

City Hall will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Trash service will run as scheduled on Monday. Have a safe Holiday weekend!!

Yesterday, a Proclamation was signed, declaring May 11th-May 15th National Skilled Nursing Care Week in Lawrence County, and signed by Mayor Angie Brenner. Doves were released to celebrate this event, and ice cream sundaes were served to residents and guests.

Oh whoa is me.

Ive been living on the Rock for a few weeks now. This is not the life I was expecting. No treats, no soft bed to lay my head on.
Currently seeking a Mommy, or Daddy, maybe some kids to play with.
