Marion County Clerk The Clerk's office is located on the first floor in the Marion County Courthouse in Marion, Kansas.

This office handles the administrative business of the County such as Accounts Payables, Genealogy, certifying the Tax Roll, & Elections. Our office handles accounts payable, budgets, elections, personnel, tax roll preparation and more. The County Clerk is the official Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. We have extensive cemetery records and early birth and death records for those who are doing genealogy research.
