Good Evening Everyone,

From the Desk of Randall Davis, but all of us at the Police Department across the board to keep our streets clean! We have a “Champion” we do know that he is a prayerful man, and a doing man and he is a man that is ready to make a change in 2024.

No….no….no. … this a not political add it a compliment to an our Mayor Larry Gill. For supporting the Police Department’s efforts. Which gives him the opportunity to see the equipment and training the officer’s need.

What ever we are doing he is on top of it with a positive spirit and seeing where he can best fit in!

He is more than the title, he is so much more.

We thank you Mayor Gill the gift and knowledge you are bringing to the Town of Marion. Creating a place where people want to live, shop and fellowship!

We Salute you Mayor Gill
God Bless you

Good Evening Community from the desk of Chief Randall Davis,

We love giving and sharing to meet the physical needs of our community. Then we ask ourselves, “is it enough?”

There is a threat, a blithe that is knawling into the fabric of our community. We all know them by their names are Opioids and Fentanyl.

Their plan is to eat their victims from the inside out. When all the damage is complete they will leave there victims as vegetables, or dead!

It just doesn’t affect the victims. It affects these people’s family’s, friends, relationships and so much more.

We believe that education is paramount to getting these folk who are our sons, daughters, wives, husbands, the help they need to reverse the damage before it’s too late.

Come out and join us on:

February 6, 2024, 10:00AM

For a Community Seminar

We will have guest speakers: Steven Maxwell, Director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, and more!

Happy Christmas Eve,

It is such blessing to protect and serve the people in our community.

When I tell you ,“ IT’S NOT OVER”
that is what I mean! The Marion PD Foundation’s goal to build a bridge between the community and law enforcement through giving.

We strive to change the negative stigma that all law enforcement agencies and its members are bad.

Our goal this weekend was to ensure that every child that came to the Marion Police Department’s Toy Drive would leave with a smile on the face and gift.

Today, we went to York Alabama where we ran across some great folks. After speaking with them we found out that they had very little to give their families this Christmas.

I am truly grateful that we were there to brighten their Christmas Eve.

There is a great need in our community to give wherever we could to ease the economic pressure these families are having.

With your love and support we shared the “Gift of Giving” and it was beautiful!

God Bless,
Chief Randall Davis

Good Evening everyone,

The Marion PD Foundation is working on another project. You know, learning is something that continues all year long.🚔

Our goal is to deliver school supplies to all of our schools in Lauderdale County.

We have already visited 4 schools so far. This week we dropped school supplies to the Severe Day Adventist on Hwy. 39 North. Your school may be next.

We are excited to be able to give. Learning is never ends for these teachers and children.

Remember, your school may be next!🚓🚓🚓 “Bridging the gap between the community and law enforcement.”

God Bless,
Chief Randall Davis

The Town of Marion, Marion PD Foundation and Van Gibbs from the Olive Branch were out in full force today. Providing for the elderly and other community members turkeys for the holiday.

What a wonderful feeling when you get that AHA moment. That you help someone have a happy Thanksgiving meal with all the trimings. You made a conscious decision to get involved. We thank you for your donation.

So many families are struggling, but because of your donations they will be able to say their prayers were answered. We just wanted to thank you for caring.

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

Today, topped as one of the best days of the week for the Marion PD Foundation. It is beautiful when you can serve all the grades certain age and up, but what about the children below those ages that are involved in competitions.

Today, we helped sponsor E’Monni with a $250.00 check to assist in her next journey. I have watched the benefits that come from through these competitions. My daughter started young like E’Monni and blossomed into an incredible young woman to be proud of. One of the things she loves the most is helping her Community.

This week I received a request to help
E’Monni Kelly she is 3 years old from Meridian Ms. E’Monni is your 2023 Mississippi’s Universal 3-4 Beauty Queen!

It all started a year ago with Our Little Miss won Princess her first year but after attending Worlds in Washington DC in 2022 the state Queen won the world title so that moved E’Monni up to the state Queen for the baby petite and that made her Mississippi’s 2022 Baby Petite Queen and she gave that title up at the end of April this year!

She came back this year in October and went for the Universal title and we were not expecting her to win because she had to go on stage and do every without any assistance from her mother. E’Monni ended up winning the title for the 3-4 Divison for Our Little Miss and we are beyond excited to watch her grow on stage 🥰🥰🥰

E’Monni’s mother Travonda and her father is Emmanuel Kelly are all from Meridian Ms.

We want to be a help to this family! As E’Monni grows her confidence, skills, desire to stay on track in school. Participate in positive community activities and so much more will grow as well.

We would like to thank Jeanne Calvert Jones for presenting E’Monni with a gift of support.

The Marion PD Foundation is starting her off with a check for $250.00. Anyone else who would like to give please contact me and I will give you her contact information.

As always,
God Bless You,
Chief Randall Davis
