It’s the Final Day of the 73rd Annual Grant County Fair! 🎡

While this morning’s Horse & Pony Riding Classes and Mini 4-H Horse & Pony Events have been canceled, there’s still a full afternoon and evening of fun waiting for you!

🏛️ 9:00 AM – 4-H Exhibit Halls Open (until 8:00 PM)
🎶 1:00 PM – Greg Hatton on the Rex Collins Electric Family Free Stage
🛍️ 3:00 PM – Commercial Building Open (until 9:00 PM)
🎸 7:00 PM – AGES Band on the Rex Collins Electric Family Free Stage
🚛 7:00 PM – Full Throttle Monster Trucks at the Manwell Grandstands
📦 8:00 PM – 4-H Project Release (until 10:00 PM)
🎡 Carnival Open Noon – 11:00 PM

Join us for another great day celebrating our 4-H exhibitors, supporting the Livestock Auction, shopping local vendors, and enjoying live entertainment.

🐴 Horse & Pony Contesting Events
🍽️ 11:00 AM – 4-H Livestock Buyers Luncheon
📝 11:30 AM – 4-H Premium Livestock Auction Registration Begins
🐮 1:00 PM – 4-H Premium Livestock Auction
🛍️ 4:00 PM – Commercial Building Opens (until 9:00 PM)
🎶 7:00 PM – Steele Rail Band on the Rex Collins Electric Family Free Stage
🎡 Carnival Open 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Please Note: Due to weather, tonight’s A Bar Rodeo Bulls & Barrels event has been canceled. All ticket purchases have been automatically refunded. If you have questions, please contact [email protected].

Even with the cancellation, there’s still plenty to enjoy at the fair—from the Livestock Auction and Commercial Building to live music, carnival rides, delicious fair food, and more!

Tonight during the opening ceremonies we have the pleasure of hosting Miss Indiana State Fair 2026.

Miss Indiana State Fair 2026 is Presley Hampton, the second representative of Jackson
County to hold the honor in the contest’s 67-year history, the last being in 2013.
Miss Hampton is an incoming sophomore at Purdue University majoring in Selling and Sales
Management. She has served as a marketing intern at Ava Presley Prom for three years, and was
formerly a stylist and floor manager for B.Loved Bridal & Prom Boutique. Presley hopes to
build a successful career in business and brand developement within the formal fashion industry.
A former 10-year 4-H member, Presley is a multiple time 4-H Champion and Grand Champion
and recieved four State Fair Honors. At Purdue University, she is a recepient of the highly
prestigious Purdue Trustees Scholarship.
Miss Hampton’s passion for fashion and styling led her to launch an in school and student led
spirit wear boutique. A former dance teacher at Tammy’s Dance Studio, Presley also has a
longtime background in tap dancing. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, re-watching her
favorite T.V. shows, and traveling to Walt Disney World.
Miss Indiana State Fair will travel approximately 10,000 miles in June and July visiting close to
50 counties statewide before reigning over the 2026 Indiana State Fair, August 7-23 (closed
Mondays).
