First Light is where people, children, and caring come together. We offer a child friendly atmosphere where we provide a unique approach to the investigation of cases of abuse and neglect of children in Grant and surrounding counties. Our facility is a neutral location for members of a multi-disciplinary team to come together and perform forensic interviews of victims of alleged child abuse. It's our objective to provide a quick, professional response by law enforcement, child protection services, and the prosecutor's office on a case. Through this approach, the trauma to children can be minimized and an appropriate course of action can be determined.

First Light CAC is beyond blessed by so many individuals, families, churches, and businesses in the community that believe in our mission and the work that we do. Without the kindness and generosity of our supporters, continuing to provide care, support, safety, hope, and healing to those that need it most would be next to impossible. So, for every pillowcase and blanket sewn, for every dollar, every donated bottle of water, piece of clothing, personal hygiene item, and for every other donated item that we give to the children and families that walk through our doors, we say thank you! No matter the size of the donation, please remember that it truly does make a difference.
