🔬✨ Future-Ready Problem Solvers in Action!

Our 1st–3rd grade members recently took on a STEAM challenge called "Save Fred!"🐛

Working with a partner, members had to collaborate, communicate, and think critically to save Fred using only three provided tools—with one big catch: they couldn’t use any part of their body!

This hands-on activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance as members tested ideas, adapted their strategies, and worked together toward a common goal.

At the Boys & Girls Club, we're helping young people build the skills they need to become future-ready leaders by creating opportunities to learn, explore, and grow through engaging experiences every day.

☀️ Tomorrow is the start of Summer Programming at the Club! ☀️

Our team has been hard at work preparing for what is sure to be an amazing 9 weeks filled with learning, laughter, new experiences, and unforgettable memories.

This summer, we're committed to providing a safe, positive, and fun environment where young people can build confidence, develop new skills, explore their interests, and become future-ready leaders. Every activity, relationship, and opportunity is designed to help our members grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

We're incredibly grateful for our staff, families, volunteers, and supporters who make this work possible. Together, we're investing in the next generation and creating opportunities that will have a lasting impact.

💙☀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Oak Street Clubhouse Open House tonight!☀️💙

We enjoyed welcoming families and caregivers, introducing a few of our amazing team members, and sharing all the exciting opportunities ahead for our youth.

From field trips and hands-on activities to new friendships and unforgettable experiences, we're looking forward to a summer filled with learning, growth, and fun.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and helped us kick off the season with excitement. Our team is ready, and we can't wait to welcome our new and returning members back!

We’re excited to welcome families and caregivers who are registered to our Oak Street Clubhouse Open House tomorrow!

Come meet our team of passionate youth development professionals and learn all about our summer program running June 1 through July 31! We'll be sharing information about exciting field trips, engaging activities, and opportunities designed to help young people learn, grow, and thrive all summer long.

Families will also have access to free hygiene supplies and other helpful take-home items while supplies last!

We're looking forward to introducing you to the team who will be helping create a safe, fun, and memorable summer experience for our Club members.

We’re making great progress on our raised garden beds and are excited to soon fill them with flowers and vegetables! 🌱🌼
Today, we were thankful for the students who came out for United Way of North Central Ohio and Marion City Schools United Service Day to help clean up and prepare the beds. Their hard work and willingness to serve made a big difference!
Our Club members have also been putting in the work and are excited to start planting, growing, and caring for the garden together. We can’t wait to see the finished result and all the learning opportunities it will bring! 💚

Our Club members had such a fun experience this past weekend at the Ohio Legends game! 🏈
From meeting players to participating in the kicking contest, the kids had an absolute blast making memories together and cheering each other on. Opportunities like this give our members the chance to try new things, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible for our youth! 💙
