Perry County Ambulance service is currently recruiting!

Perry County Ambulance service is currently recruiting a full-time driver and a full-time provider (AEMT or Paramedic), These will be for the day Truck, schedule is Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 10 PM, or Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. These are full-time positions with benefits, including state retirement, and Blue Cross government insurance at a very reasonable rate. We are a county owned and operated service, and our mission is always to provide the best possible patient care and service to our community.
Pay rates are:
Driver (will train) $11/hr
EMT/driver $12/hr
AEMT $16/hr
Paramedic $19/hr
Please remember that this is base rate pay, everything over 40 hours per week is overtime.
Requirements for all positions are:
A good attitude!
Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma/GED
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen
For certified positions, (EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic) a current national registry and state license (or the ability to obtain it within 14 days of hire) is required.
We are also recruiting for on-call positions, pay rate is the same as full-time, however, benefits are not offered to on-call employees.
