Our Code Violation Report Portal is up and running. The link can be found on the city website by either using the drop down menu (as seen below) or on the Code Enforcement home page:
https://marionky.gov/code-enforcement/

Just click on "Report a Violation" to get started. You'll need to know the address of the property to use the portal. This new system will also allow you to upload photos, if you feel they would be helpful.

While you have the option to remain anonymous, leaving your name and contact number will allow us to follow up with questions if we need more information. Your name will not be shared publicly.

You can still report an issue by calling Code Enforcement at 270-704-0054 or by emailing [email protected].
