There will be NO Family Court on Tuesday April 7th 2026. ALL cases have been continued to Tuesday April 14th 2026 at the same time they were previously scheduled for.
District and Circuit court were not scheduled for this week.

DISTRICT COURT scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st 2026 has been canceled due to an ongoing CIRCUIT COURT TRIAL. All DISTRICT cases set for April 1st have been moved to our next available court date of April 15th 2026.
There is NO DISTRICT Court on Wednesday April 8th 2026.
Court notices are being mailed out today.

Due to the passing of our Circuit Clerks father, our office will be closed all day on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026.

Family Court for Tuesday, March 3rd has been canceled. You may call our office on Wednesday for your new date.

All District Court filings must be filed by noon on Monday, March 2nd to be on the docket for Wednesday March 4th.
