Green Valley Special Utility District Water and Wastewater Utility Company Our service area includes parts of Guadalupe, Comal, and Bexar Counties. Hedwig, New Berlin, Seguin, and New Braunfels.

For more than 58 years, and from 50 customers to 14,000, our goal has always been to provide our customers with superior drinking water and outstanding service. In addition, that 145,000 square mile (93,000 acres) encompasses portions of the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdictions of Santa Clara, Schertz, Cibolo, Garden Ridge, St. As we interact with ratepayers on social media, we are commi

Our amazing Water Maintenance Technicians spent a fantastic day hanging out with the awesome kiddos at Kiddie Academy!

The "Touch A Truck" event was a massive hit. The kids got to climb inside the equipment, honk the horns, and see exactly what it takes to keep our community's water flowing safe and strong. We might have a few future technicians on our hands! 🛠️👦👧

A huge thank you to Kiddie Academy for hosting us and to all the mini-explorers who made our day so special.
And a special thanks to the hard working water technicians at GVSUD! 💚💙

Good morning! GVSUD is thankful for all of our customers who take the time to report potential leaks in our system. We work diligently to ensure all reports are investigated and repaired if necessary.

We are aware that there is water present on the roadway at Kayden Court and Weil Road. We responded to a report yesterday (July 21) to investigate. Upon testing the water, we found that the water present is not treated water, meaning there is no chlorine present in the water. Additionally, we investigated all valves in the area and customer meters. There is no potable water leak in that area. The likely cause is runoff. However, we can confirm it is not potable water and not a water main leak.

Thank you all very much for reporting what you see and assisting GVSUD to conserve water by addressing leaks quickly.
