This is not about left or right, as you can see from the fact that we are in strong agreement with an organization known for leaning right.

This is about the wealthy attempting to trick those that are struggling into struggling more and saving them money.

Yes, we need fiscal responsibility. We need to cut back on contracts to friends and donors of County Commissioners, for instance. We need to watch for no bid contracts. We need to look at salaries of upper management/electeds. We need to find the waste and we need to more efficiently allocate the money.

But we do not need to defund our EMS, our parks, our libraries, our local road management, etc.

Those funds will either be cut from those that need it most, or the taxes will be collected another way such as through increased fees.

ASK your municipality/county.

How will this impact their budget and where will the cuts be made. Get it in writing. Don't just believe what you see on social media, find out the actual impact in YOUR community.
