We are less than two months away from the 36th annual Marietta Christmas parade. Parade entry forms are due by November 18th so that the parade lineup can be set and information can be mailed out to those participating prior to the parade. We hope to see everyone on December 7th for one of the best parades around!

The county is still threatening to remove the Marietta Road trash dump site. It is very important that all area residents (not just residents inside Marietta city limits this message is for anyone that will be impacted by the loss of this dump site) step up and voice your concern about this. One way to do that is to sign the petition to keep the dump site at its current location on Marietta Road. The petition can be found at the following locations: Marietta Post Office, Bud’s Corner, Marshall’s, all Marietta area churches and Town Board members also have a copy that you can sign. Please do this as soon as possible and make your voice heard! Thank you!
