Well we certainly had a blast this Saturday with our third annual Party in the Park 2025 Prevention event! The weather held off a little giving us a break so we could bring everyone together for an amazing event for the family's in Washington County!
Thank you to our sponsors and local resources such as, COAD4kids Marietta, Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center LLC, Washington Morgan Community Action Head Start & Early Head Start, Washington County Family and Children First Council, Hopewell Health Centers - REACH, and Washington County Children Services - Child Advocacy Center, Path Behavioral Healthcare, Recovery is Beautiful, Ely-Chapman Education Foundation, Integrated Services for Behavioral Health - Ohiorise, Help Me Grow, The Ohio Children's Trust Fund, and all of our amazing volunteers for coming out and helping us put on this wonderful event for children and families in our community.
We had so many different crafts, activities, games, and prizes. We would like to thank all of our amazing entertainers! Pizzazz Productions for providing fun music for the families! Happy Face Paints for providing amazing face art for children...and some adults! Thomas Family Entertainment joined forces with us again providing inflatables and bouncy houses for the children to enjoy! Elsa and Spiderman from Live Your Dream Princess Events came down to join us in the fun and the children were ecstatic to see them! R&R Highland Farm joined us again with their amazing animals which we all enjoyed! Humane Society of the Ohio Valley aka Marietta Humane Society brought the most lovely pups that brought all of the children...and adults so much joy! JD Williamson & Friends provided amazing portraits and a fun magician that everyone enjoyed!
We would like to thank Aunt K's Kitchen, Emily’s Sweets, J’s Dog House, & Hangry’s Food Truck & Catering truck's for providing everyone with yummy food and drinks!
There were so many groups that showed up and gave their afternoon for the enjoyment of kids in our community and we thank everyone who came out to enjoy the festivities. While this year's Party in the Park is in the bag, we are already busy preparing for next year and can't wait to see everyone back out there!
