what are some issues you experience when there is a change in leadership? Oftentimes, it seems like new leaders recreate the wheel causing stress at the middle and bottom. As healthcare, legal and spiritual leaders we must find ways to push the status quo and drive change without disrupting our workforce. Oftentimes, it seems that small targeted changes create tremendous value as opposed to complete overhauls.
