Tortosa HOA by CCMC This is the HOA page for the lovely community of Tortosa located in Maricopa, AZ All concerns about community safety, maintenance, management, etc.

Tortosa is a welcoming and unique master planned community located in the rapidly growing City of Maricopa. The community is currently in the first phase of development and features over 1050 homes. As the community and City of Maricopa continue to develop, Tortosa maintains the small community feeling cherished by its residents. ASSOCIATION RULES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
Comments made by users to social

media posts are welcome under the following guidelines:
• Comments believed to be unrelated to the original posting or topic shall be deleted
• Comments or posts should not be political in nature or specifically endorse one party or another
• Comments that we consider offensive or inappropriate, such as comments that include profanity, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or derogatory; threats or harassing statements; express a motive of slander; or provocative, obscene, or sexually explicit language shall be deleted. Tortosa shall not endorse social media sites that do not allow for the deletion of inappropriate content nor shall Tortosa be held responsible for the time frame under which the deletions occur. The Tortosa homeowners association reserves the right to delete or block users, fans, or followers for repeated non-adherence. Tortosa's social media pages serve the purpose of allowing owners and residents to receive information on the community and upcoming events. It should be a safe, positive place to post questions, ideas, photos, referrals, and event information. should be communicated directly to the office in person, by phone, or by private email. The association's social media accounts are NOT forums for complaining or venting about things that bother you. All such posts will be deleted. We appreciate the great connections social media can provide our resident, especially when kept positive, and hope to continue to use these tools.
