Friends of the Marengo-Union Library District The goal of the Friends of the Marengo-Union Library is to stimulate use of the library resources and service, and focus public attention on the library.

We sponsor fund raising events and encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the library.

We are closed today.

Summer will be here soon!

Beginning May 31st, the Marengo-Union Library will be closed on Sundays. These new hours will be in effect from June through August. Hours of operation can be viewed on our website, but as a reminder:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm
Sunday: closed

The first Friday of every month we open at 10am. We look forward to seeing you at the Library this summer!

Memorial Day is officially here.

For many of us Memorial Day is the unofficial kickoff to summer. Getting together for a BBQ with family and friends or just a long relaxing weekend are some ways we spend the weekend.

We hope you will take a moment to remember and honor our fallen heroes because the freedoms we enjoy today are only made possible by those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸

We are closed today in honor of Memorial Day.

We will be open tomorrow.
