𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗔.𝗠. BBQ will be ready beginning at 8:30 a.m. There's no need to come any earlier, because it takes us a little while to get it off the pit, chopped, sauced, and packaged. Take-out plates will be ready, too – again, not earlier, because our cakes and potato salad have to get there first.

It’s a small miracle! We managed to have enough for everybody who came today and didn’t have to turn anyone away without getting some Jefferson BBQ.
We owe a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who bought from us today!
If you didn’t get any or didn’t get enough, send us a message here on Facebook. We stuck a few pounds in the freezer and can make arrangements for pickup. The price is $10, and it’s in a freezer/microwave container.

😊 Every time you pour some of our BBQ sauce, you can think of Mr. Douglas Peteet and think of a good story about him. We sure do miss him and so many others who started this tradition and carried it for many, many years. Sauce will be available tomorrow when you come to pick up your barbecue. It’s $4 for the pint.
