Good news! The software issue affecting our Section 2 digital statements has been resolved. Corrected e-bills were sent out yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, September 2, at approximately 1:30 PM.

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ:
- Paper Bills: If you received a physical paper bill in the mail, it was correct all along and remains valid.
- E-Bills: The newly emailed statements sent out at 1:30 PM yesterday now correctly display your usage details for the current billing cycle (covering May, June, and July, due October 1). Please note that the actual dollar amounts did not change.
- Payments: You can now proceed with your payments using either your updated e-bill or your physical statement. Please ensure your payment is made by the official due date listed on your bill (October 1)

If you are in the Section 2 billing group, the recent water and sewer bill you received from the City of Marengo contained a software error and was missing critical information. We have alerted our software provider and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ:
- No immediate payment is required. You do not need to pay your current bill at this time.
- Updated bills will be issued. As soon as the issue is resolved, we will send you an updated bill with all the correct information.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this. We will post an update and send an email to impacted customers when we have more information.
