As you can see, our building addition is quickly progressing! The addition will feature two truck stalls, additional meeting and training space, and will make the station large enough to designate as a disaster shelter.

Due to the cold temps this week on Monday night for the Fire Dept pork loin dinner. We will offer a delivery service for the elderly residents in the city limits of Marcus. Please call 712-229-0774 starting at 5:00pm if you would like meals delivered! We look forward to serving you all MONDAY Night Feb 8th from 5:00-7:00 at the fire station. Smoked Pork loin, cheesy potatoes, corn, and coleslaw! PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD TO THOSE THAT WOULD APPRECIATE MEALS DELIVERED.

A reminder to check your furnace vent pipes! Carbon monoxide kills. The winds are creating some large drifts. These are mine before I shoveled them out-the snow was almost covering them.
