Aston Ambulance Authority Community Outreach Division, in partnership with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), is proud to present a FREE Community Safety Event focused on building a stronger, safer community.

Join us for a morning of life-saving education and hands-on safety training including:
Car Seat Safety Inspections
Hands-Only CPR Training
Stop the Bleed Training
Community Safety Education

We also will have representatives from the DELCO Regional EMS Office. Emergency Community Narcan Kits will be available courtesy of the Delco Health Dept.

BULK TRASH REMOVAL

To schedule a Bulk Trash Removal in Marcus Hook, you must fill out a "Bulk Trash Removal Form" and pay a modest fee before each Wednesday. Curbside collection happens every Wednesday morning. Bulk items will not be collected on Tuesdays with the regular trash. Items (couches, chairs, mattresses, etc.) left at the curb without a scheduled removal will result in a fine/citation.

REGULATIONS:
-Items must be placed where your residential trash is collected.
-Bulk trash is not to be placed out for collection before 6:00 PM on Tuesday evenings.
-Doors must be removed from refrigerators and freezers.
-Mattresses and Box Springs MUST be bagged or sealed in plastic and placed curbside.
-Loose materials must be in sturdy containers. -Materials in paper bags or cardboard boxes will not be collected.
-House clean-outs from rental properties are the responsibility of the property owner and will not be collected by the Borough.
-Bathtubs, batteries, computer monitors, concrete, dirt, printers, hazardous materials, will not be collected by the Borough.
-Demolition, renovation, and construction materials must be removed by contractor and will not be collected by the Borough.
