WIS 107 road construction is scheduled to start this week. A construction information meeting is being held on June 10th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Marathon City Village Hall for anyone who wants to learn more about the project details.

Construction is set to begin on June 8th on County Road NN. The top layer of asphalt will be removed and repaved with a new surface and gravel shoulders. Anticipated completion of the project is mid July. More information can be found on Marathon County's website:

🚧 Village Yard Waste Site Closure Notice

Due to today’s WIAA Sectional Track Meet at Marathon School and the increased traffic in the area, the Village Yard Waste Site will close at 10:30 AM today.

🌿 The site will reopen at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning.

Marathon School is hosting the WIAA Sectional Track Meet today. Please note that increased traffic is expected throughout the area.

⚠️ Vehicles parked in no-parking zones may be subject to ticketing and/or towing.
