Can you spot our maintenance team working hard to get B-loop ready?

We are now booking B-loop! This area has been undergoing electrical construction for the past year and now offers 30/50 amp capacity. The earliest date you can reserve for is Friday, June 19th.

Because of the construction, there has been damage to the turf, so expect some bare areas. As a reminder, mats are only allowed on the gravel pad of the site.

F-Loop is electrified and ready for you! Come camp with us this summer. F-Loop will be ready for campers to check-in on Friday, June 12 after 4 PM.

We have kayaks, tandem kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and stand up paddleboards available for rent!

Have you ever wanted to trying fishing without purchasing any expensive equipment? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Starting this Saturday, you can rent fishing rods from the Campground Office or from Baker Boat Rental for FREE! The rod rental comes with a tackle box, or live bait is available in either building for purchase.

Do you need a fishing license?
If you are 16 years or older, you need a Minnesota fishing license.

The Baker Campground Office now has Explorer Backpacks available for park guests to use for free!

There are currently four subjects: Bird Watching, Water Investigation, Rocks 101, and Animal Tracking.

Explorer Backpacks are brand new to Baker, so we are looking for curious and opinionated people to try them out and give us feedback! Come out and try all four!

Fishing opener is coming up this Saturday May 9th. Do you have a boat trailer pass?

You need a daily or annual boat trailer pass to park your trailer at the Lake Independence boat launch.

There are a few ways to get a pass:

1. Online: https://www.threeriversparks.org/activity/boating
2. Using the QR code at the launch
3. At the Baker Campground Office--Open 10 AM-6 PM Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM-9 PM Friday & Saturday

Annual passes are valid for all parks within three rivers and are cheaper than a ticket for parking at the launch without a pass!

Get your boat trailer pass today!

Boating is a Minnesotan tradition! Three Rivers provides plenty of boating opportunities with over 30 lakes and rivers to enjoy your time out on the water.

Highway 12 will be closed in both directions between Central Ave in Wayzata and I-494 in Minnetonka for two consecutive weekends, May 1–4 and May 8–11. Both weekend closures will begin at 10 PM Friday and end by 5 AM on Monday.
