👤 Name: Cassie Hart

🏫 Role: Lunchroom Monitor | Kaneland Harter Middle School

⏳ Tenure: 4+ Years at Kaneland

💡 Favorite part about working at Kaneland?

"The best part of working at Harter is the variety of interactions with admin, teachers, staff and students in a positive and delightful atmosphere. It might be a student showing me what her magnetic chain can do, fist bumping with one of the boys, or discussing how to get the best outcome in a situation with one or more of the students. We are a team working for our students!"

😃 Fun fact people might be surprised to learn?

"My “best buddy ever” is my 7 yr old Mini-Bernedoodle, “Tuxedo”! He has been called “the most laid back dog in our neighborhood” and “the dog all the other dogs love!"

📜 What are you most looking forward to this school year?

"I love to develop relationships that help students and adults feel good about their own talents and strengths, be willing to listen and consider another way, and be willing to grow."
