๐ŸŽจ Through the high school Community Study program, seniors have the opportunity to spend the final weeks of the school year exploring careers of interest through placements with organizations across our community.

๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ Seniors Madison and Demi are dedicating their Community Study experience to designing and painting a mural (still in progress!) for their former school, Maple Glen Elementary. Through this experience, they are gaining hands-on experience in the process of developing professional artwork while also leaving something special for future Chipmunks to enjoy for years to come.

This yearโ€™s ๐ŸŒ Celebration of Cultures brought students, families, and staff together to explore the traditions, cultures, and cuisines of more than 30 countries around the world! โœจ Guests enjoyed interactive displays, food samples, cultural activities, and performances by the Upper Dublin High School Indoor Drumline and K Motion Troupe Art Center. There were some special additions to the breakfast lineup at Fort Washington Elementary today! was honored to welcome the Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro, Senator Maria Collett, and Rep. Ben Sanchez, who helped serve breakfast, sat down to eat with students, and even picked up a take-home lunch to go! School breakfast is available to all students at no cost and helps fuel them for a day of learning. We appreciate our state leaders joining us to help highlight the importance of school breakfast in supporting student success.

Fort Washington second graders recently participated in Poetry Cafes, where classrooms were transformed into a โ˜• cozy coffeehouse atmosphere as families gathered to celebrate the studentsโ€™ creativity, confidence, and hard work. ๐Ÿ“– The students spent weeks building their own poetry collections and exploring different styles and genres of poetry before sharing their favorite poems aloud with classmates and guests.

Three students, Liam MacIntyre, Brian Lester, and Andrew Siegel, were recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout, an achievement that reflects years of leadership, service, and dedication.

Members of our Cardinal team were proud to support and celebrate these students during their ceremonies. Music teachers Mr. Horn and Ms. Yang shared remarks on their behalf, and Director of Facilities Bob Lester had the special opportunity to honor his son, Brian, for this outstanding accomplishment.

Ms. Boyda's Jarrettown second graders recently created their own class recipe book! ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸดThe students selected a favorite recipe and practiced writing clear step-by-step instructions before designing a page to add to the book. From handwritten pages to typed recipes and colorful illustrations, each one reflected their creativity and personality. Once completed, students enjoyed sharing their recipes with classmates and exploring each otherโ€™s favorites.
