Pretty tranquil to end the week though temperatures will be a touch warmer than today. Low humidity will help keep the heat index down though. At the beaches, there is a low risk for the development of rip currents through Saturday.

Today, June 2nd, 2026 at 10 AM, the Manville School District and Manville High School are excited to welcome a special visit from the New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit. The NorthStar helicopter will be landing on our fields at Manville High School, coordinated with the local PD, OEM, and Fire Department.
Please note that this event is exclusively for our students, staff, and invited guests. For safety reasons, community members will not be permitted on school grounds during the program. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hoy, martes 2 de junio, a las 10:00 A.M., el Distrito Escolar de Manville y el Programa de Aviación de la Escuela Secundaria de Manville se complacen en dar la bienvenida a una visita especial de la Unidad de Aviación de la Policía Estatal de Nueva Jersey. Un helicóptero aterrizará en nuestros campos de Manville High School, en coordinación con la policía local, el OEM y el Departamento de Bomberos.
